From working behind a desk to working out with weights, Abi left her life in marketing to pursue a career where she could help others make positive changes in their lives. There’s so much we love about this intro, and of course, Abi.

Pre and post-natal workouts are Abi’s speciality, but she focuses on a range of exercise offerings. We asked Abi for an important prenatal workout tip and she said,

“Remembering to exhale on exertion, during both pre and post-natal, to engage your core.”

 “Ensure you have the correct technique – ask a trainer to have a look and check your technique is spot on – this will help avoid injury especially as the weights get heavier.”
