Former warehouse manager turned passionate personal trainer, Ian has spent the last 15 years (wow) helping people break a sweat and build strength.
Ian offers a variety of workout styles but with a focus on accessible routines that require little to no equipment. When asked for his best home workout advice, Ian said,
“Just start. Simple as that. During these times, none of us are going to be hitting goals or smashing personal bests. The important thing is keeping active, not so much for our bodies, but for our minds.”
We couldn’t agree more!
What?
No equipment, full burpee.
Top Tips:
Ian says, “control your body as you lower it to the floor. When you jump back to the crouch position, get your feet wide apart and flat on the floor before you jump up. If you land on your toes/balls of feet, as many do, you’re putting a lot of pressure through your knees jumping from that position.”
