When she’s not cycling or running through the Peak District, Laura’s teaching classes at renowned cycling studio, Psycle London. As a former professional dancer, Laura loves sharing her energy with others.

Speaking of, her go-to workout of choice? Anything high energy, of course. From HIIT to Barre and Strength, Laura loves the versatility and the results. When asked who her fitness inspiration is, Laura said,

“I don't have one hero – what I love about fitness is that it’s a shared, community activity and everyone brings something to the table. I'm always learning from people, whether it’s a client, a PT on social media or a professional athlete.”
