Chloe and Francesca both started their commitment to movement back at university where Francesca studied sports and Chloe, dance.
Years later and they’ve brought us the best of both with their high intensity workout routines to music that are tailored to suit all fitness levels. When asked their favourite thing about home workouts, Chloe said, “You can focus more on you and not worry about anyone else around you, no-one is judging your workout!”

Francesca says, “when you are in the plank position you can hold it there for slightly longer to really feel it in your core, you can also drop your hips to the floor for a really nice stretch in the back.”
What? Squats – there are so many variations to choose from.
Chloe says, “using weights when doing a squat will really challenge you more and ensure you really feel it in your quads.”
