Entrant must fill in first name, last name and email address. Entrants will need to enter the barcode number of the qualifying product into the form for the entry to be valid Answering the additional questions is optional.

c. Entrants must agree to the terms and conditions whereby they consent to their data being shared with the Promoter and a third-party agency, Wasserman, for prize fulfilment purposes only.

3. The opening date for entries is 12:00PM BST on 19/08/2024 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 12:00PM BST on 08/09/2024.

4. The promotion is limited to one entry per email address per person.

5. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

6. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

8. There is 1 winner. The winner will win:

a. 2 x VIP tickets (Sponsors Hospitality Area) to the 2024 Nitto ATP Doubles and Singles Round Robin Matches at Pala Alpitour,Corso Sebastopoli, 123, 10134 Torino TO, Italy on Sunday 10th November 2024.

i. Afternoon Round Robin (Doubles & Singles) – Sunday 10th November 2024 at 11:30AM.

ii. Evening Round Robin (Double and Singles) – Sunday 10th November 2024 at 6:00PM (timings may be subject to change)

b. Accommodation for 2 x nights (9th & 10th November 2024) for 2 x people in in a hotel up to the value of £400 in Turin.

i. The accommodation consists of 1 x double room (2 single beds).

ii. The exact hotel and location will be provided once the winner is confirmed, at least one week prior to the outbound travel date.

c. Air-travel & Shuttle for 2 x passengers;

i. Outbound from any UK airport on Saturday 9th November (late afternoon/evening) to Turin (*economy class only);

The winner will inform Wasserman of their airport preference and the flight will be booked accordingly. Specific details of the flight to be provided to the winner after selection, prior to travel at a minimum of 1 week prior to the outbound travel date.

iv. Travel is non-refundable or exchangeable.

d. €200 in cash, to cover food expenses to be paid to the winner via bank transfer or in cash. Details on payment will be confirmed to the winner at least one week prior to the outbound travel date. Breakfast will be included/provided at the hotel. All other expenses will be covered by the prize winner, without any responsibility from the Promotor. The prize winner will be responsible for the expenses of their selected guest.

NOTICE: The Winner and their guest must both need to hold a valid passport or authority to enter Italy. This must be obtained and confirmed before travelling to Italy. If a visa is required for entry into Italy, the Promoter will provide accommodation data needed for visa application. The Promoter is not responsible for the visa application process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of Italy. Any costs associated with the visa application are borne by the winners and guests and are not reimbursed by the Promoter. If winners and guests are unable to obtain such a visa within 10 days of being notified of the prize, the prize and its value will be forfeited.

Travel dates are set by the Promoter. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.

Winners and their guests must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and are responsible for the costs of obtaining any such insurance. It is the Winners' responsibility to organise transport to/from their departure airport. Unless expenses are expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions to be expenses which are part of any prize, all other expenses incurred by the winners and their guest in preparation for, or during the trip, are the responsibility of the winners and their guests, including but not limited to all other meals, transfers, insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs are not included.

9. Prize Tickets specifics:

a. Allocation of all prizes will be at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Winner will receive tickets only valid for the specified date.

b. Winner shall remain at all times responsible for their guest (who is the additional ticket holder).

c. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances.

d. The prize tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part unless otherwise stated above.

e. Prize included are subject to stock/availability.

10. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be randomly assigned a number and will be entered into a random number generator draw. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner will be notified by email by unilevercustomercare@unileverconsumerlink.co.uk within five (5) days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the email by confirming their full name and address within seven (7) days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

12. The winner’s details (surname and county) may be made available on request to those writing to ATP Finals- Sure x Poundland Competition 2024, Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 2BA within ten weeks after the closing date, enclosing a stamped Self-addressed envelope.

13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with X (formerly Twitter)/Facebook/Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter and not to X/Facebook/Instagram. Entrants release X/Facebook/Instagram for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

The Promoter may also share such personal data with the ATP who may use it to (i) process ticket requests; (ii) issue tickets; and (iii) carry out necessary health, security and/or background checks; (iv) to comply with applicable law; and (v) and/or organise appropriate accessible seating. Winner confirms that they will obtain the permission of any guest they take, for the same.

16. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
