Personal trainer and wellbeing expert, Nicole is all about fast-paced, HIIT focused workouts.
Her love for high intensity training comes from her powerlifting years during which she broke a British record for a squat lift at 139 kilograms (whaaaat!?)
After being asked what household item she loves to use for home workouts, Nicole said, “My Son Jago! Honestly, he makes a great weight. I’d probably refrain from swinging him though, I suggest a kettlebell for this.”
