Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Employees must obtain their employer’s consent to claim. This promotion is UK only.

2. The promotion is available at participating Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug stores in the UK only.

3. Promotional Period & Available Coupons

3.1. Please note that the promotion runs from 06:00 BST 10/06/2024 and closes on 23:59 BST 21/07/2024 or upon redemption of all available coupons, whichever date comes first.

3.2. Eligible periods at retailers: Please note that the promotion is only eligible at selected retailers during the periods outlined below:

3.2.1. From 10/06/2024 – To 14/07/2024 at Tesco;

3.2.2. From 17/06/2024 – To 07/07/2024 at SuperDrug;

3.2.3. From 24/06/2024 – To 21/07/2024 at Sainsbury’s;

3.2.4. From 01/07/2024 – To 21/07/2024 at Boots; and

3.2.5. From 08/07/2024 – To 21/07/2024 at Asda.

3.3. There will be a maximum number of 2,000 (two thousand) £1.50 coupons available for redemption from the Promoter.

3.4. Please do not attempt to use your coupon once it expires.

4. How to get a Coupon

4.1. To claim a coupon, you will need to fill in the entry instructions for the promotion https://www.suredeodorant.co.uk/suremax-2024-coupon/Opens in a new window and input your full name, email address and mobile telephone number in the electronic form.

4.2. When completing the entry instructions, you must choose whether you wish to use your coupon by either:

4.2.1. Receiving an in-store discount/redemption at Tesco only; or

4.2.2. Receiving cashback at Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug stores.

4.3. You will receive an SMS/text message with a link to a coupon. Answering the additional questions on the form is optional.

4.4. You will have exactly 7 days from receiving the digital coupon link via SMS/text message in which to use your coupon before it expires.

5. How to use a Coupon

To use the coupon, you will choose between the below two options:

5.1. Option 1 – Tesco in-store £1.50 redemption/discount:

5.1.1. You must pick up at a participating Tesco store a Participating Product.

5.1.2. When you are at the till ready to pay for the Participating Product, you will need to click the link in the SMS/text message and select to “unlock” your coupon.

5.1.3. Once the coupon is unlocked you will have up to 20 minutes in which to use it by scanning the unique voucher code yourself at the till or passing to a staff member to do so.

5.1.4. Pleaseonlyunlock the coupon once you are at the tills and ready to pay, as once the 20-minute timer has elapsed, your coupon will automatically expire, irrespective of the promotion end-date.

5.1.5. Any remaining balance must be paid by you.

5.2. Option 2 – Cash back service of £1.50 for stores at Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug and Waitrose:

5.2.1. You must purchase a Participating Product at a participating Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug or Waitrose store.

5.2.2. You will need to click the link in the SMS/text message and receive your coupon.

5.2.3. You will need to visit a participating store and purchase a Participating Products. Make sure to retain your receipt.

5.2.4. Once you arrive home, open the link to the coupon in the SMS/text message and proceed with the instructions:

5.2.5. Write down your unique Zappit code which will be displayed when you click the ‘Get cashback now’ button on your coupon at the top of the original receipt and then upload and submit a clear photograph of it for validation.

5.2.5.1. Confirm payment details for bank transfer: full name, sort code and account number.

5.2.5.2. Payments will be made within 24 hours, except on weekends and bank holiday, when they will be processed the next working day.

5.2.5.3. If the receipt is valid, you can receive cashback for the item priced as reflected on the receipt of up to £1.50 for participating products.

5.2.6. In the event of an unsuccessful cashback request, an SMS notification will be sent to the mobile number provided with the reason for rejection.

5.2.7. Any remaining balance must be paid by you.

5.2.8. The cashback payment cannot be divided and can only be accepted as it is granted.

5.2.9. The submission of a receipt via photo upload is a pre-requisite of the cashback verification process as proof of purchase. This data will be held on file by Geo Offers Ltd and be made available to the Promoter as required for redemption validation and anonymised data analysis but will not be used for personalised marketing purposes.

6. Valid Receipt Requirements

Only valid receipts will be accepted. A valid receipt comprises of the following:

6.1. Store logo;

6.2. Your unique Zappit code clearly handwritten on to the receipt;

6.3. Participating Products (included in the list below) and associated price; and

6.4. Date of transaction during the promotional period and prior to cashback request.

7.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded receipts which do not include the above and/or:

7.1. Are out of focus/blurry;

7.2. Fall outside of the stated promotional period;

7.3. Do not belong to participating retailers; and/or

7.4. Are not unique to the individual.

8. Participating Products

8.1. The Participating Products are:

8.1.1. Sure Maximum Protection Clean Scent 150ml;

8.1.2. Sure Maximum Protection Freesia and Waterlily 150ml;

8.1.3. Sure Maximum Protection Clean Scent 150ml; and

8.1.4. Sure Maximum Protection Sport Active 150ml.

8.2. All of the participating products included in the promotion are subject to availability. If none of the selected products are available, this coupon cannot be used against any other product as an alternative. Please do not attempt to redeem the coupon against any other product.

9. Each Zappit code is unique and can only be used once. Any attempts to enter the same code more than once will result in disqualification of cashback request and all such requests will be declared void.

10. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected cashback requests will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for cashback requests delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supplyaccurate information which affects their cashback request.

11. Only one coupon and redemption per person and transaction is allowed across the promotional period. Maximum one redemption per person across the promotional period. Unique identity will be determined at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will include singular and collective checks on, but not limited to mobile number, email address and payment details.

12. Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Boots, Superdrug remain free at all times to set their own prices.

13. This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon offer. This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash, auctioned, sold, traded, transferred or assigned. Coupon void if altered, photocopied or reproduced (whole or part). Any such misuse may constitute a prosecutable offence.

14. The Promoter reserves the right not to attribute the discount/redemption or issue the cashback in the event of abuse or fraud to these rules, or if it has reason to believe that they have been accepted other than in accordance with these terms, without the participant being able to assert any right against the Promoter.

15. By signing up for a coupon you are consenting to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon link and reminder text to remind you to redeem your coupon. Should you redeem the coupon and purchase selected products, you are agreeing to a text feedback request on the products purchased with the coupon.

16. Once you have redeemed your coupon and purchased a product, you will receive an SMS/text message to review the product and post your review on the brand website. Should you elect to provide a comment and/or feedback, you consent to the use of the comment on Unilever brands or the retailer’s website without any compensation payable to you, into perpetuity and on a global scale. By providing product feedback you are giving permission for the Promoter to upload your review onto the brand website and retailer site. Feedback is anonymous and optional.

17. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent participation.

18 .If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

19. Errors in printing, spelling or composition and similar errors have no value and cannot be invoked as a remedy against the Promoter and/or third parties.

20. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

21. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

22. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. 23. The Promoter reserves the right, in a reasonable manner and taking into account the concrete circumstances, to adapt the rules of the promotion and/or interrupt or stop the promotion, without prior notification in the event of circumstances outside of their control. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
