1. This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.  

2. The opening date for to claim your sample is 09:00 GMT  01/11/2024 and the closing date is 23:59 GMT 01/12/2024, or when all 1000 bundles have been claimed, whichever comes first. 

3. To sign up for a sample: 

3.1. You must be an existing member of SoPost’s productsamples.com community. A portion of existing members whose profiles best match the brands’ target audiences will receive an e-mail inviting them to sign up for a sample.

3.2. Fill in the entry form with your first and last name, postal address, email address, and tick the box to ensure you accept the Terms & Conditions.  

3.3. Submit the form. 

4. This sampling promotion is administered by SoPost Limited through their productsamples.com community. Approval of free sample orders is subject to the rules of SoPost, available here: https://help.sopost.com/en/articles/3701010-how-are-orders-approved.    

5. On the following pages you will enter your postal details. Samples will be dispatched within 72 hours of claiming your bundle (limit of one box per person per e-mail address). However, if unforeseen delays occur, this may delay dispatching for up to 3 weeks.

6. After you receive your sample, you will be contacted to leave a review. Unilever has the rights to any content and images uploaded to these reviews, and can reshare on social media, website, etc.

You will also be given the opportunity to sign up to UL marketing communications, and to enter a competition to receive a bundle of products.

7. One bundle per person and per email address. Only one bundle can be ordered per household. Samples will be delivered to UK addresses only and are allocated to valid entries on a first come first served basis.  

8. There are 1000 bundles in total. If the bundle is out of stock, this will be made clear on the online form by stating either ‘No longer available’ or ‘Out of stock’. Recipients will receive a box including:  

7.1. 1x Sure Melon and Aloe Antiperspirant Deodorant 250ml; 

7.2. 1x Sure For Women Clean Scent Antiperspirant Deodorant 250ml; 

7.3. 1x TRESemme Lamellar Shine shampoo 300ml; 

7.4. 1x TRESemme Lamellar Shine conditioner 300ml; 

7.5. 1x TRESemme Lamellar Shine cream serum 200ml; 

7.6. 1x TRESemme Lamellar Shine finishing oil 75ml; 

7.7. 1x TRESemme Lamellar shine mask 440ml; 

7.8. 1 x Dove Summer Revived Gradual Self Tan Lotion Fair-Med 200ml; 

7.9. 1 x Dove Summer Revived Gradual Self Tan Lotion Med-Dark 200ml; 

7.10 1x Dove Gradual Self Tan Med-Dark Mousse 150ml; and  

7.11 1 x Dove Gradual Self Tan Light-Med Mousse 150ml.  

8. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. 

9. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge, and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). 

10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.   

11. The sample is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Samples are not transferable. 

12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the sample for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

14. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html . All entry instructions form part of the rules.  

15. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
