Movement gives us strength and builds our confidence. Through movement we are challenged to go further, push harder. It breaks down barriers both set for ourselves, and by others. When we’re moving, anything feels possible.

Everyone should have the right to move. To experience the transformative power of movement and all the incredible mental and physical benefits it brings.
Barriers to movement
Everyone should be able to experience all the incredible physical, mental and social benefits movement bring - whoever you are, however you move. But in our increasingly unequal societies, social, economic, and physical barriers stand in the way.
Sometimes, self-doubt holds us back. We lack the confidence and motivation to keep going because we fear judgement or failure. Because we believe that we can't.
Society also stands in our way. We face discrimination because of our gender, race or perceived ability.
Furthermore, the COVID-19 crisis has led to the closure of recreation centres and sports programs nationwide, making it even harder for many who depend on these safe spaces for their overall physical and mental wellbeing.

SURE BREAKING LIMITS PROGRAMME
We are on a mission to empower millions of young people with confidence and opportunities to move and change their lives through the power of movement.
To achieve this mission, we partnered with eleven UK based NGOs, that work with disadvantaged youth and focus on using sport for social development. As part of the programme, we are:
Funding
our partner NGOs, to enhance their existing initiatives, helping create safe spaces for practicing sport and therefore expand the number of lives they reach
Establishing the ‘Breaking Limits’ Coaching Series
, which will equip teachers and mentors that work with disadvantaged youth with the knowledge and tools on how to use sport/movement to develop critical life skills in youth such as confidence, teamwork and resilience.
