Sure, WB Always on Competition (“PROMOTION”) 

 

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over.  

 

2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

 

How to Enter 

3. To enter: 

 

i. Visit https://www.suredeodorant.co.uk/products/whole-body/win2025.html; and Complete the form by providing the following information: 

 

ii. First name; 

 

iii. Last name; and 

 

iv. Email address. 

 

4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid email address is required 

 

5. By entering, you agree to these T&Cs and consent to your data being shared with the Promoter and a third-party agency (Umbrella) for prize fulfilment purposes only. 

 

6. Answering the additional questions (opting in to marketing consent & Q&A) is optional. 

 

7. There will be 8 prize draws in total (each a “Prize Draw”), drawn every month from May 2025 until December 2025. The entry dates are as follows:  

 

a. Month 1 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 BST on 01/05/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 31/05/2025. 

 

b. Month 2 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 BST on 01/06/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 30/06/2025. 

 

c. Month 3 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 BST on 01/07/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 31/07/2025. 

 

d. Month 4 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 BST on 01/08/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 31/08/2025. 

 

e. Month 5 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 BST on 01/09/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 30/09/2025. 

 

f.  Month 6 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 GMT on 01/10/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/10/2025. 

 

g. Month 7 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 GMT on 01/11/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 30/11/2025. 

 

h. Month 8 prize draw: opening date for entries is 00:01 GMT on 01/12/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT on 31/12/2025. 

 

Entry Requirements 

 

8. The promotion is limited to one entry per person, per email address. Any entrant found to be using multiple email addresses to enter will be ineligible. No entrant may win more than one prize and prizes are limited to one per household. 

 

9. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. 

 

10. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). 

 

11. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

 

Prize 

 

12. There are 8 prize bundles to be won and there will be 8 winners. Each winner will win: 

 

i. 1 x Whole body bundle containing one of each of the below deodorants; 

 

Fresh Citrus 75ml 

 

Fresh Citrus 50ml 

 

Wild Rose 150ml 

 

Ocean Rush 75ml 

 

Ocean Rush 50ml

Selection of Winners 

 

13. All valid entries received on or before the closing date of the Prize Draw will be entered into a random number generator. The first entry drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into. 

 

14. The Promoter engages third party fulfiller Umbrella to fulfil the Prize.  

 

15. The winners will be notified by email from The agency Umbrella, through their  email account within 7 days of the closing date from the Prize Draw the winner has won. The winner(s) must claim their prize by responding to the email confirming their full name and address within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. 

 

16. If you are selected as a winner and Unilever receives a request from a consumer that a valid prize award took place, Unilever will share the first letter of both your first name and surname with them, e.g. “AA”. If the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we will share information such as your first and last name directly with them.   

 

17. The winner’s initials of first and last name may be made available on request by emailing ukicare@unilever.com within 2 weeks of the closing date. 

 

General Terms 

 

18. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.  

 

19. The Promoter, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control 

 

20. Entrants’ personal data collected for the purpose of administering this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by its agents will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s privacy notice, available at https://www.unilevernotices.com/privacy-notices/united-kingdom-english.html 

 

21. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
